The River House can accommodate anything from small intimate events to large marquee wedding receptions - an intimate cocktail party for 40 in the courtyard or a corporate launch on the spacious lawns. We do not have min / max numbers but let us know your plans and we can see if we can accommodate them.

 

We own and operate Marquees over Hawke's Bay and so have considerable experience “building” weddings and events. Hireage is through our company and we also have a list of approved suppliers – venue fees vary according to hireage.

 

The garden enjoys all day sunshine and with great views over the vines to the river and hills beyond with countless photo opportunities it is no surprise that weddings are our most popular type of event.
